What SlidesClock collects

SlidesClock processes account details such as your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, language and user ID. Your employer may also record employment information including organization, branch, employee code, role, job title, department, supervisor and employment status.

When you clock in or out under a location policy, the app reads your precise GPS position once, including accuracy and fix age, and sends it for server-side geofence verification. SlidesClock does not collect employee location in the background. The server records the public IP address of the request. Workplace-network verification uses that server-derived public IP.

SlidesClock also processes registered-device identifiers, model and platform details, device-attestation results, attendance events, schedules, holidays, leave, overtime, corrections and audit records. If your organization enables payroll, salary, compensation, deductions, tax, loans, payroll runs and payslips are processed. Profile and organization images are stored privately.

Why the data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, enforce organization access, verify attendance, administer schedules and leave, operate payroll features, prevent duplicate or fraudulent punches, secure registered devices, provide reminders, support customers and maintain an audit trail. SlidesClock does not use this information for cross-app tracking or advertising.

Who can access it

Authorized organization owners, HR administrators, managers, supervisors and payroll staff can access records permitted by their role and branch or reporting scope. SlidesClock platform administrators may access records when needed to operate, secure or support the service. Tenant isolation and database row-level security restrict one organization from reading another organization’s data.

Service providers and purchases

SlidesClock uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server functions. Google Cloud Translation translates interface text for languages that are not bundled with the app; only fixed English interface labels are sent to it, never names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization records or any other personal or employment data. Apple processes App Store purchases; SlidesClock receives signed transaction identifiers, product, purchase, renewal, expiration, refund and environment information, but not your payment-card details.

Retention and account deletion

You can request account deletion inside the iOS app under Profile → Account → Delete Account. Deletion removes the SlidesClock login, active access, profile data, account-owned avatar, registered devices, attestations and push tokens. Employer-controlled historical records—such as attendance, approved leave, corrections, payroll, payslips and audit history—may remain linked to a retained historical employment record under the organization’s retention requirements. Original attendance events are immutable.

Your choices and contact

Location is requested only when the active attendance policy uses GPS. You can deny location for non-GPS policies and can change notification or photo access in system settings. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact your organization administrator or SlidesClock support.
