Terms of Use

Using the service
SlidesClock provides workforce attendance, scheduling, leave, device verification and optional payroll tools. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only organizations and employee records you are authorized to access. Do not interfere with security controls, falsify attendance evidence or use another person’s account or device identity.
Organizations and employment records
Your organization controls its workplace policies, schedules, roles, approvals, retention and payroll configuration. SlidesClock records attendance using server time; phone time is not authoritative. Managers remain responsible for reviewing pending or corrected records and for complying with employment, payroll and privacy obligations that apply to their organization.
Plans and App Store subscriptions
Paid digital features offered in the iOS app are purchased through Apple. Apple charges the displayed price to your Apple ID, and an auto-renewable subscription continues until cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting a SlidesClock account or organization does not cancel an Apple subscription. Organization plans granted through an authorized SlidesClock administrator or business agreement remain separate from Apple purchase history.
Availability and changes
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, network failures or third-party outages. Features may change as security, platform and legal requirements evolve. SlidesClock may restrict access that threatens the service or violates these terms, while preserving employer records that must remain available to the organization.
Account deletion
You may delete your login from Profile → Account in the app. Account deletion does not erase employer-controlled historical attendance, payroll, leave, correction or audit records. A sole organization owner may need to transfer ownership before deletion so an active company is not left without an administrator.
